Annual General meeting of Shareholders of the JSC “The Seventh Continent” and the first meeting of the newly appointed Board of Directors took place
On 30rd of June 2009 the Annual General meeting of Shareholders of JSC «The Seventh Continent» (hereafter referred to as "the Company") took place. Key proposals of Board of Directors were approved.
According to the decision of the Anuual General meeting of the Shareholders the new Board of Directors was appointed consisting of 7 members: Sergey Gruzdev, Vladimir Karnaukhov, Stepan Kovalchuck, Boris Morozov, Nataliya Slepenkova, Dmitry Suhorukov, Alexander Zanadvorov.
At the same day the new Board of Directors made their first meeting.
On 30rd of June 2009 responsibilities of Stepan Kovalchuk as CEO of the Company expired. Stepan Kovalchuk was appointed by the Board of Directors the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors appointed Boris Morozov as new CEO of the Company.
